Muscle Specific Online Classes
Taum Sayers provides muscle specific and structural specific course work, online. Learn more about how to address soft tissue imbalances with focused work.
Rebalancing the Core
Taum Sayers teaches therapeutically corrective massage techniques for rebalancing regional muscles that often play a central role in maintaining balance and pain-free movement in the Lower Back and Hip region.
The Lauren Berry Method® of Visceral Massage
This class focuses on supporting healthy movement within the Lymphatic, Digestive, and Visceral systems.
Rebalancing the Lower Back and Hips
Taum Sayers teaches therapeutically corrective massage techniques for rebalancing regional muscles that often play a central role in maintaining balance and pain-free movement in the Lower Back and Hip region.
Joint Class: Ankle
Each class offers an in depth approach to The Berry Method® by examining the structural intricacies of a joint, the muscles that move it, and it’s orientation to the whole of the body.
You will learn to release the fascial envelope surrounding each muscle, the common ways in which tendons and ligaments deviate, and how to correct these deviations to return the joint to proper function.
Knee: Muscle Management for Rebalancing the Knee
Corrective Massage recognizes that muscles, tendons, ligaments, and viscera have optimum anatomical positions, functions, relationships, and movement patterns.
Correcting soft tissue misplacement and distortion is at the core of this amazing work.
Sometimes it's as simple as putting things back where they belong.

The Berry Method® of Lymphatic Massage
These Berry Method techniques have more practical applications than any other lymphatic massage method. Besides addressing edema, they can restore a client’s ability to breathe. This literally saves lives… and improves the quality of life for anyone with respiratory issues.
Basics I (Apprentices ONLY)
Basics I is the first of The Lauren Berry Method Basics Series. In this class, we go over corrections of the spine and pelvis. This class is only available to current apprentices, practitioners, or teachers.
Joint Class: Elbow
Each class offers an in depth approach to The Berry Method® by examining the structural intricacies of a joint, the muscles that move it, and it’s orientation to the whole of the body.
You will learn to release the fascial envelope surrounding each muscle, the common ways in which tendons and ligaments deviate, and how to correct these deviations to return the joint to proper function.
Basics III (Apprentices ONLY)
Basics III is a continuation of the Basics Series. This is the third and final class of the foundational work of The Berry Method. This class is only available to current Apprentices, Practitioners, and Teachers.
Manual Lymphatic Management
While western medicine recently 'discovered' the importance of the lymphatic system, eastern medicine appears to have been recognizing and working with the lymphatic system for centuries. The lymphatic systems' participation in disease pathogenesis can often appear poorly understood when considered via the western approach... Lauren's unique approach and protocols help bridge some of those gaps.
Joint Class: Pelvis
Each class offers an in depth approach to The Berry Method® by examining the structural intricacies of a joint, the muscles that move it, and it’s orientation to the whole of the body.
You will learn to release each muscle attaching to and crossing the pelvis, the common ways in which tendons and ligaments deviate, and how to correct these deviations to return the joint to proper function.

Manual Lymphatic Management
The lymphatic system influences functional health throughout the body.
While western medicine recently 'discovered' the importance of the lymphatic system, eastern medicine has been recognizing and working with the lymphatic system for centuries. The Berry Method® of Lymphatic Massage
Instructor: Lynn Van Norman
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Class: Lymphatic Massage
Anatomy Section: On the first afternoon, we’ll go over the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system. We use this to orient you to what is below the surface of the skin and direct you to the pathways that lymph travels through the body.
Technique Section: In this interactive workshop, I’ll share the Berry Techniques® to move lymph throughout the body. You’ll learn to decrease edema, clear the pathways in which lymph drains, and stimulate the body’s ability to restore its natural lymphatic flow.
We’ll dive into the theory of lymphatic retrograde flow and gain the knowledge to help clear sinuses, reduce respiratory congestion, eliminate blockages in the colon, and rid limbs of painful edema.
